Hi, I'm Sarah, owner of The Wax Specialist.
After spending many years working as a Project Manager I had a bit of a mid-life crisis and decided I was ready for a complete change.
I trained in general and intimate waxing and qualified with two of the industry leaders - Kim Lawless (The Wax Queen) and Andy Rouillard (Axiom Wax Academy).
In addition to this I am VTCT level 3 qualified.
I finally started my own business early 2019 and have never looked back.
Inclusivity is important to me. I treat everyone the same regardless of their age, shape, size, colour, nationality, ethnicity, disability, sexual orientation, religion, marital status, parental status, etc.
My priorities, as far as my business is concerned, are making you feel relaxed and welcome and getting rid of your unwanted hair. I have absolutely no interest in judging you as a person.

When it comes to the waxing itself I am very particular about the products I use.
All of the waxes I use are from the world renowned Perron Rigot, a leading brand offering superior quality waxes and the promise of exceptional results.
I am meticulous when it comes to hygiene. I wear disposable gloves for all treatments, never double dip spatulas, disinfect the working area after every client and keep the waxing room clean at all times.
