Cancellation of appointments

The Wax Specialist requires 24 hours notice should you wish to cancel your appointment. If less than 24 hours notice is provided, then payment for the cancelled appointment will be required.  Payment will be taken automatically using your card details taken at the time of booking.  If payment is not obtained this way then it should be made via bank transfer. Failure to make payment will result in no further appointments being offered.

More than 24 hours notice - no charge

Less than 24 hours notice - 50% of appointment value charged

No-show on the day of the appointment - 100% of appointment value charged

Rescheduling of appointments

The Wax Specialist requires 24 hours notice should you wish to reschedule your appointment. If less than 24 hours notice is provided, then payment for the rescheduled appointment will be required.  Payment will be taken automatically using your card details taken at the time of booking.  If payment is not obtained this way then it should be made via bank transfer. Failure to make payment will result in no further appointments being offered.

Failure to attend appointment

Should you fail to attend your appointment full payment will be required by The Wax Specialist. Payment will be taken automatically using your card details taken at the time of booking.  If payment is not obtained this way then it should be made via bank transfer. Failure to make payment will result in no further appointments being offered.

Changes to treatments booked

The Wax Specialist requires 24 hours notice should you wish to reduce the treatments included in the appointment you have booked. If less than 24 hours notice is provided, then payment for all treatments originally booked will be required at your appointment. Failure to make full payment will result in no further appointments being offered.

Inappropriate Behaviour

Inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated.

Please note I reserve the right to refuse to treat anyone who behaves inappropriately or makes me feel threatened in any way. It’s not happened yet so don’t be that person!

If I am on the receiving end of any inappropriate behaviour the treatment will be terminated immediately and you will be asked to leave. I will also report all incidents to the police.
